We are diversified enterprise with die cast, process, manufacture and sales business, mainly manufactures flywheel gear ring, gear-cover, flywheel housing, clutch housing, exhaust pipe etc. We have been with over 7 years manufacture and R&D experience, adhered to “5S” management, passed the ISO/TS16949 certification.
We cover over 50,000 square meters, 30,000 square meters floorage with 310 staffs, 30 technical professionals who have rich goods awareness and experience, can produce or process as client’s draft or sample, can survey and map or manufacture for different domestic or oversea flywheel, flywheel assembly and so on. We have multiple professional production, process, detection lines with high machine equipments such as drill machines, hung machines, CNC machines, hung machines, dynamic balance machines, super finish machines, CMM, rock well apparatus etc, to build up a high equipment and high level design manufacture team.
